Dose it actually help your hair grow?

After reading other reviews it seems to have helped some other people's hair grow, and for some it has done nothing. For me it did nothing at all, and half of the shampoo bottle leaked in the packaging.

Is this stuff guaranteed?

I really don't know. My sister (whom uses it after cancer) was told by another cancer survivor that they could see a difference. Then that person bought some too.

Do you have to use the serum & vitamins too or does the shampoo & conditioner work?

You can you just the shampoo and conditioner. Hell you can just use the shampoo by itself with another conditioner
