Corta muy bien
Aun no lo he utilizado en muchas ocasiones, pero en todos los casos corta muy bien. Quizás lo peor sea el tacto del mago que no es de un plástico de gran calidad, pero cumple su función perfectamente. Volvería a comprarlo.

Molto bello ma "grossolano"
Essendo scritto taglia unica l'ho comprato praticamente alla cieca con il risultato di avere un coltello troppo "grossolano" per il lavoro che deve svolgere, mi aspettavo una lama più corta e meno spessore. Detto questo, nulla da dire riguardo alla superiorità della marca, tiene bene il filo e lo puoi rinnovare molto più spesso di un qualsiasi altro coltello.

GREAT BONING KNIFE !!!
Great boning knife! I wanted the red handle just to be different from my other knives. It is SHARP! It will keep a nice edge, but you need to take care of it too. I hand wash it only. No dishwasher. This is my go to knife when trimming raw meat. Highly recommend this boning knife. You can't beat it at the price point it is. ENJOY!!!
