Thorne is known for quality.This is a great vitamin which is very reasonable as far as cost.

B vitamins usually make me feel ill no matter what time I take them or what I take them with food wise. So far this one has not made me feel ill and has had no weird taste or created any digestive issues. I just started so I am not sure how well they work.

It came with the inside seal slightly opened and the plastic wrapping was easy to take the lid on and off without opened the plastic so honestly I am suspicious if these have been tampered with and I can’t seem to be able to return them
