Good product, just needed to find the right size then it worked like a charm!

It was painfully obvious to me that the breast shield that came with my Medela Pump in Style was seriously too small. I ordered the XL (30 mm) because it was the largest one I found easily. It fit better but still wasn't quite big enough. I was nervous getting this one since it's so much bigger than the XL but it fits perfectly! It feels so much better. Plus, I actually get more milk at each session because my nipples aren't being shoved into a too small shield which can restrict milk flow by putting pressure on your milk ducts. I don't know what I would have done if I hadn't found this shield! Shipping was super fast.

This worked well and easy to clean. I was also able to use these with a pumping bra.

If you think that 36mm may be to big, think again! Although seeing size XXL may be intimidating I assure you that this is the right choice for anyone who is experiencing pain or rubbing using a smaller size. Even though the size chart on the back of the box indicates that these are too large for me, I tried them for kicks and I have not looked back! The first timed I used them I was able to pump 10oz and clear a clogged duct all in one pump session. Before using a smaller size the most I ever got in a pump session was 6oz--huge improvement. I have been using these for over a week now and would recommend them to anyone! Don't buy a size smaller and waste money, these will work for you!

I was having problems and pain using my Medela breast pump die to the included shields being too small. The largest size included with my Medela pump was 27mm. A friend gave me 30 mm shields, which were much more comfortable, however, I was still experiencing swelling of my nipples and pain with the 30mm shields. I purchased the 36mm shields, which are an almost perfect fit and are much more comfortable. My issue is that Medela shield sizes are in 3mm increments (24, 27, 30) until size 30, then it jumps to 36. There are no 33mm shields. I think that I am between the 30 and 36mm shields, as the 36 seem a little to large, and the 30 are too small. I am able to produce more milk per pumping session with the 36mm shields (appx. 20 to 30 ml more). For sizing reference I am a 40F (after pregnancy).

I was so hesitant to purchase a larger size and waste the money on something that would turn out to be huge. These are the perfect fit for me. I won't even go into nipple size lol but I am not overweight and am a B cup in bra size XXL seemed like it would never work for me but the 24mm weren't working and I was bleeding. I was in so much pain I finally caved and bought these. I bought 2 more packs and threw away all the 24s and haven't looked back. They are so worth the money to save your boobs and keep you nursing/ pumping for your baby :) I wish I would have had these for my first two babies. I never even knew they existed!

I love Medela products, but this breast Shield was made completely different from the other one's the xxl does give you plenty of space don't get me wrong but the Shield is so huge that it's hard to fit in the connectors. The shield before this was a size 30 so this means this Shield jump 6 sizes. I wish this shield came in size 33. that would be a perfect fit for me I believe. I will be returning I would have kept the shield but it's just so hard to fit into the connectors and it pops out which almost caused me to spill my precious liquid gold milk. I literally have tried all the shields 21 mm. 24 mm (size included with all Medela breast pump kits) 27 mm. 30 mm. 36 mm. I'm a size 36 triple D or 38 double D and size 30 fits me good and 27 fits me well when I'm not so engorged but just recently I've been really engorged so I said I wanted to go up a size but 36 was just made too wide.

Seriously, they need to stop shipping the smallest flanges with pumps! I get a ton of milk with these WITHOUT hurting myself. I needed larger due to my size but these were actually "too big"...I put that in quote because I don;'t think there is such a thing. WIth baby is supposed to latch onto as much areola as possible...then shouldn't your PUMP do the same?? I also got these for my girlfriend who is substantially smaller than I and what a difference they made for her. Just do it, seriously. They cost NOTHING compared to the pump and what you're doing for your child is wonderful - give yourself ever opportunity to do it well!

Expensive add on. But needed the biggest size they make had no choice but to buy them after. But worked perfectly.
