I have a severe copper deficiency, I tried another brand and was not able to digest them well nor did they absorb well. These took my copper from 18 to 71 in a couple months. Still low but closer to human levels, and with continuous use I'm up to 87. Hopefully it will maintain.

Small pills so easy to swallow.

I was majorly deficient in copper, I'm super small and short and 110 pounds point being I took that into account before dosing. Only took one which is 2mg as it's 2mgs per pill, and just the one and my first dose I FEEL AMAZING! Night and day difference. Few hours after first dose got a surge or energy, anxiety significantly reduced, heart palpitations improved, shortness of breath went away, and I have more energy than I have in a long time. Going to keep buying these when needed. Perfect formula as well especially since I'm vegetarian. Horbaach you guys are amazing please don't change anything with this supplement IT IS PERFECTION. Tiny little easy to swallow pills that are highly effective. Will be ordering again 10/10.

Originally, I started taking this to increase nail thickness due to my toe nails always cracking/splitting and going ingrown because of it. This stopped that for both my brother and I who had the same issue. One crazy day on our phone meetup my brother said “since taking this, l no longer need reading glasses or bifocals”. I replied “well I’ll be damned … that makes two of us !!!”. We are both seniors. I can now read the micro text on my Submariner Oyster watch with it gust inches away from my naked eyes. My bifocals became an unnecessary annoyance that were no longer helping my close-up/reading vision so I never use them anymore.

Just started the product....pills are small and a pale blue. Easy to swallow w water; like that you can see the copper. I plan to continue use for at least 3 months to gauge improvements. Specifically looking for fewer grays in my hair and better skin texture. We'll see.BTW, the stars represent IDK.

Copper is very important. This is that copper. Need to take with food or it can be hard on the stomach. I’m 60 with hardly any grey, none none on top only the mustache and goatee, and it’s because I take 5mg copper everyday since I was 40 and turned completely grey. Took only 6 months to go from total grey to total dark drown. Plus I have better skin at 60 than I did at 40. Copper does other things for you too but that’s why I took it back then and those results are why I still take it. 58 year old wife only dyes a couple times a year for same reason ( I hope she doesn’t see this review though)
