I would give it 4.5 but it’s a lot cheaper than it used to be and a good alternative if you’re concerned about thyroid/endocrine disrupters etc ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ better than what I initially thought *by E***F on July 3, 2019* First of all this arrived days/weeks before it was scheduled too which was awesome! When it arrived I immediately tried it on my under eyes and I was not happy! It was dry, cakey and tugged at my skin. I do have acne-prone, combo skin with extremely dry under eyes. I have found this works the best when I apply it on a freshly-washed, moisturized face with a layer of foundation on (I use the Bourjois healthy mix serum foundation). Immediately after applying foundation I apply this under my eyes and gently blend it and it works brilliantly! I do use a heavier moisturizer under my eyes which seems to help blend it and keep it from drying out my skin. I have found however that I have been getting pimples around the side of my nose and just below my under eyes. I never break out there so I'm suspecting it this concealer since its the only new product I've been using.
