Item arrived well packaged. Hair mask is a very light purple colour so was dubious as to how effective it would be but I had no need to worry this hair mask works great on my hair. It is not super thick but is thick enough to pick up in hand without dropping everywhere. It smells amazing and rinses out well. Leaves hair feeling so soft and shiny. My hair is dyed dark brown and always seems to have a red/orange tinge no matter what dye I use but this mask definitely helps reduce brassy tones. It's amazing and I will definitely be purchasing in the future. I am also seriously considering purchasing other products in this range.

Definitely best mask so far. I tried lots. I have dry bleached hair. This mask makes them so soft and silky. Doesn't stain hands. Really takes yellows out. My hair is lovely and cool after first use (5 min on). Bought more

Great hair product. Does seem to leave a slight purple tint straight after washing (no matter how good the rinse is) but nothing too noticeable. Leaves hair soft and removes the brassiness.

I have this on a subscribe and save as we use regularly. the whole range works incredibly well on highlighted hair and I use this just to give my hair a conditioning boost. subtle fragrance which is preferable to some other brands I will continue to use as very happy Good sized pot - applies well to damp hair (just comb through, leave for a few minutes and rinse)

Got this for my hair turned up and it had spilled what I could use I used on my hair it says to leave in for a couple of minutes I left mine on for 20 minutes and it has taken the yellow out and smells amazing

Das Produkt selber ist absolut Spitze und tut was es soll. Allerdings kamen beide Päckchen mit der Ware,im Abstand von zwei Tagen ,komplett vermatscht und zum Teil offen an. Vielleicht sollte man das Produkt besser Transportfähig verpacken.
