I think it’s working
I really don’t know if it does anything but I recently had weight loss surgery and when I went for my 6 months blood test it showed all is good so no need for extra top up ( injections) which means it is working ..size wise is on a big size but easily goes down with water . I am happy to take it .

Work for post surgery
My father is taking these for few days now. Great for post vsg surgery it’s helped him to get back his energy and has a good level of the daily vitamins he need. The only thing I would say is you will still need to take magnesium and calcium supplements to meet your daily needs.
