Review: Inexpensive and very effective - Keeping my car clean and shiny is a major priority to me. I use lots of products to keep the paint looking shiny and I have a ceramic coating which I want to keep protected from dirt and the elements. I wanted a nice cover for my car without breaking the bank. I have to say that this product is perfect for my needs. I'm like any other car cover I've used this actually has a zipper for your driver side door in case you have to get in your car for any reason. The straps that fasten underneath of your car to keep the cover on is a really nice touch. When I started using it, I noticed the next morning when I got in my car it was nice and cool because of the reflective outer covering deflects all the Sun away from the car and keeps the heat out. It's also great for protecting your interior from UV rays. The inner layer is a really soft fabric that won't scratch your paint. It didn't take too long to install on my car either which they help you with with the reflective guidelines showing you where to position it on your vehicle. I have to say if you want a no BS, inexpensive and ideal cover for your car to keep it from being dirty or having the Sun ruin the interior and exterior, this cover is the way to go. What's also great is they also give you a nice carrying case to put your cover in after you are done using it which you can carry in your trunk and you can take out the cover and install it wherever you decide to park.
Review: Affordable Price, SOFT Inner Layer, But Not Waterproof After 1 Year - Company Stands Behind Product! - ONE YEAR Update (July 2026) Unfortunately the cover has failed. Even under normal rain events, it's getting wet underneath (hood, roof, trunk). It gets worse and worse with each use. There are NO signs of tears or holes. I did however contact the seller via desertcart and shared my concerns. Despite it being 1 month beyond the 12-month warranty/guarantee, they have offered to ship me a brand new cover. As such, while the product may not hold up for long term usage, the seller stands behind the product. Whether mine was defective or not, we'll know again in about 1 year. VERY impressed! With many car covers on various "car cover" websites selling for $150 to $200 plus, I was a bit wary at first. I had actually purchased one of those fancy company covers and support after the sale was nil and the product softness was nothing like it was described. To make matters worse, even if you return a brand new product, they charge an 18% restock fee. And this is exactly why desertcart is crushing the competition. So I gave the EzyShade 10-Layer Car Cover a try and it exceeded my expectations. For less than half the price of the fancy one, the product was almost identical - except, the bottom layer (which is critical, since it rests on your car) is quite soft - it is better than the expensive one! I've used it a few times for more than a week, and it has not scratched the car surface at all. It stays on snug, using the two straps. It does not blow around in the wind and the car stayed dry after rain. It comes with an extra strap, as well as a case for the cover and an antenna patch kit. Many similar products online do not include the antenna patch kit, which I needed because it's for an older car and the antenna does not retract. Make sure you measure your car and pick the one that works and you'll get a great fit. The antenna patch kit is tricky, but it would be on any cover. I included some images and a video during a bad storm with a fair amount of wind. The cover didn't even move. As for the 10 layers, I have no idea. All these covers are sold as having multiple layers, but you cannot see them. I highly recommend this cover if you are looking for quality at a good price. I did not receive any incentives, I purchased this myself for my needs. I should also add, I messaged the seller with a question or two and they were quick to reply. Great experience every way you look at it.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great quality and fit!
*by J***W on July 16, 2026*

I was pleasantly surprised at the great quality of this cover. You can tell it has a few layers inside. The soft felt like material inside is gentle on the paint surface. The outer reflective layer does its job. We've had some very hot days the last couple of weeks (well over 100 degrees) plus a few rains. When I take off the cover and open the car it is definitely not as hot inside as you'd expect. It protects my car from dust, is waterproof and reflects UV rays. It even covers the tires. The buckles and straps are not flimsy at all but are actually strong and sewn securely. We had some strong winds during the thunderstorms and it held just fine. The zipper on the drivers side is handy if you need to get inside. I used the chart to find the right cover and it is spot on. It fits perfectly like it was custom made. After a couple days of using it, I found the easiest ways (for me at least) to put on and take off the cover. I can now do either in about 1 MINUTE ..5 days per week when I have my car at work. 1. When you FIRST unpack it: Unfold it then roll it up onto itself (white/underside side showing on the outside) like a taquito from "back" to the "front" where there is a nice little tag that says "front". Leave about 2 feet hanging. 2. Start by standing in front of your car, placing the cover across the hood front and unroll a couple times. Stretch the underside, securing the elastic under your front bumper. 3. From side of car, unroll that side and secure behind the side mirror so it will hold it. 4. Unroll the other side. Place over the side mirror and unroll some more. 5. Place over the side mirror and unroll to the back of your SUV. Unroll other side. 6. Finish unrolling down the back of your SUV and stretch the elastic under your back bumper. 7. Secure the adjustable straps underneath both bumpers To take if OFF....I found most helpful to unbuckle the straps and tuck inside the first "roll", rolling from back to front. These steps keep the plastic buckles and straps from ever hitting your car/paint. Once its rolled to the front, fold in half and in half again. Then its' easy to unroll when you put it on again. Keep in mind that tire shine product may get on the underside of the cover, so make sure when you roll it up put it on the inside. This was definitely a good buy. So glad I chose this one!
