It's not a fortune if it's not a great help to you. **Q: Are there any diagrams or info on the correct placement of this for each ailment? I'd imagine it must be different for different conditions?** A: No! No there isn't, this is what really annoyed me. Having said that, the company have advised me they will be reviewing this. The exercises in the booklet have been verified by my physio as good. There are no diagrams or photos to demonstrate where to place this. The quality seems good enough though. Your right, it needs to be placed in a certain place to realign the muscles to relieve the tension on the ligament, helping the inflammation to reduce. My upper arms are 15" in diameter so ordered XXL, I'm glad I did as I think XL would have been too tight.
