I use this riser on a sturdy old Sauder desk made of MDF that I didn't feel like replacing. I'd been using a smaller Vivo manual riser and felt it was time for an upgrade. With the addition of a dual monitor mount and two 27" monitors, the manual riser was starting to become a bit cumbersome. Pros: * Large surface are for work * Keyboard tray extends out to the sides, allowing for a mouse pad (disclaimer, I use a trackball mouse, so I don't need to physically move my mouse; using with a traditional mouse might be a squeeze) * Grommet hole allows a much cleaner mount of the monitor stand, without using a bulky C-clamp * Easily handles the weight of everything when raising and lowering * Raises and lowers pretty quickly * Raises and lowers vertically, rather than (as some manual risers do) extending forward and backward as the riser is moved up and down * Virtually no assembly, just push the keyboard tray into place and lock it in * Nice cable routing hardware to ensure the power cable stays neatly out of the way Cons: * There's a slight wobble to the keyboard tray when using it at full height, though I suspect this is mostly my own perception having used a much smaller keyboard tray on my old riser, where it was latched in on the sides. After a month of use, I barely notice it. I also tend to type "aggressively", which doesn't help. Overall: I highly recommend this riser if you're in the market. It's a nice sturdy feel, has a broad work surface, and handles loads easily.

Years ago I had a VeriDesk at work that I loved - just the ability to go from sitting to standing easily made a huge difference in my back and neck pain not go mention my energy levels. Once again I found myself stuck at a desk about half of the day and decided to try out this brand, given great reviews and lower prices. So far I am very pleased! Assembly wasn’t difficult, the desk is far more sturdy than my previous one, even at max height, I have plenty of room and it adjusts with the push of a button!

I purchased the 42" and it it fit nicely across the corner of my L shaped desk. it easily fit my two large 21" monitors with plenty of room for other items. The lowered position is perfect and just at the right height. The power lift is easy, and fast - everything stays stable, even my coffee that is on the keyboard holder. I can't believe I worked without this for so long. I can easily adjust to standing, and everything is just right. I could have went with a 36" and it could have worked, but I like the extra space of the 42".

While pricey, this is a worthy investment that I’ve been wanting for a while. The set up is easy - just 2 pieces and the plug. The base piece is heavy but I easily set up without help. It is a smooth and quiet adjustment, transitioning well during video meetings without anything shaking or shifting. Plenty of space to fit my two 27” monitors and laptop on the top. The keyboard piece is a comfortable height when sitting and standing and does not move at all when tying. I was between the electric and non-electric desk converters and am so glad I got this electric one. I really hope this lasts for a while!!!

Since it’s electric, it’s very smooth to raise or lower. Whereas some of the pump/hydraulic ones, the force needed to release / lower it will send your stuff flying off. Engine is quiet too. Was also very easy to put together. It is heavy, and wasn’t the easiest thing to lift onto a desk surface. If you do want to sit, the lowest height is a couple inches above your desk surface, and so if you’re short like me, your chair might have to be raised. 4 stars instead of 5: I don’t like the keyboard tray. The shape is weird and regular mouse pads don’t fit on the end—they hang off. And I wish the tray was thicker because when I’m standing up, I find myself leaning on it, but it’s not very sturdy, esp compared to the rest of the desk. You can detach the keyboard tray if not needed but there is also not a way to push it inside / under.

I was skeptical about getting a standing desk as I never had one before. I also have a large, heavy content creation setup that this needed to support. However, the 55lb weight limit is as advertised (I'm sitting at about 47lbs on this.) and it handled my setup no problem. Raising is a little slower than empty, but that's to be expected. Takes about 10 seconds to go from sitting to stand and it's tall enough for my husband who is 6"0 tall. Actually, he's the primary user. Construction seems to be high quality and it came 99% assembled. just have to run the cord and attach the keyboard shelf. I would def recommend for the user who has a large heavy or multiple monitor setup. This is perfect for YouTubers & Games who might also need to mount cameras, lights, & mics.

The desk is very easy to assemble, lightweight, just the right size for 2 monitors with some extra space for other items. The only this is the Keyboard shelf. It needs just a little more support. It works fine now but I would like to have a touch more solidity under it.

I absolutely adore this desk riser, the shipping was so quick! I actually didn’t realize at the time of purchase but it’s an electric one that plugs right into the wall. It was easy and effortless to set up and I love the sleek and simple aesthetic of it. I was hesitant to get the largest one, worried it might be too big but it’s the PERFECT size to fit all my essentials. When I’m crafting I can have my silhouette up on there next to my iMac, but I can just Easily have my iPad or Macboom on the top and easily have my keyboard down at the bottom with plenty of space to work! Very happy with my purchase!
