I read one review were they ordered a medium and received a small and it didn't fit, and some pads to small, come on. If needed take the shoulder pads wright out, the small will fit you like a glove, and the other take the shoulder pads in put them were you need them the most, bies/triceps, to all this works very well. And the loose or small pads (I do this to mine) take a ace bandage and wrap them taunt ( not to tight) and sleep one night like that and pads will counter to your arms and stay high and tight. These shirts give you great confidence, in the wright spots. And washing/drying by hand I found is the best. And like more than one has said (my self include) these shirts are awesome thank you for the confidence you gave me back.
