PACIFIC PPE Chemical Resistant Gloves, Heavy Duty Industrial Rubber Gloves, Resist Acid, Alkali and Oil, 12.6", Medium

I needed some chemical resistant gloves for spraying some miticides outdoors. These work well and are exactly what I needed. However I have medium/large hands and found the large size to be just slightly too tight. In hindsight, I would have ordered the XL size, even though I don't have large hands. I would definitely considering going one size larger than you would think.

I bought these gloves to use when cleaning out the reservoir I use for growing plants indoor. I use 29% hydrogen peroxide as a cleaning agent which can burn you skin if you do not use gloves. These gloves work well for that purpose. Originally I bought an XXL pair since the last pair I had, of similar gloves from another manufacturer, which were XL, fit well but where a pain to get off. I have very big hands and XL is often not large enough for most gloves I wear. However, in this case the XXL was too big. If I dropped my arms to my sides the XXL would pretty much just fall off my hands plus it was awkward to grip tools and rags. So I ended up getting a second pair of XL and they are a perfect fit. They are a little lose which I like, making them easy to get off. They are plenty thick but still very flexible so I feel like I am getting more than adequate protection while wearing them and can still grip the tools I use to clean without a problem. Very nice pair of gloves at a very reasonable price. I can recommend these without hesitation.

Okay, I bought these months ago for a pan reseasoning project, so I was working with oven cleaner and these worked well for me. They're pretty comfortable as far as PPE goes, and weren't too much of a drag on my dexterity. They fit my hands reasonably well, so just make sure you know your glove size and you should be fine. They smell just slightly of rubber, but they didn't give me a headache, so no points off there. They're about medium thickness. Not too thin, but not so thick they feel like gauntlets. They provide good protection as far as I can tell (I didn't burn myself with chemicals) so I'll give this 5 stars. Just don't use them as oven mitts. I didn't try that, but maybe don't push your luck.

Thick protective gloves and large enough for husbands hands.

I use these for clearing out poison ivy. Yeah my arms wind up incredibly sweaty but they're sturdy, impenetrable, and easy to get on and off. I really appreciate fit. Ive got pretty normal sized arms and hands and these gloves give me the snugness I need to do fine motor tasks pretty easily. I was able to use normal hand tools no problem and when I use them to dig into cracks between bricks I wasn't worried at all about cutting the gloves open. They didn't look any worse for wear after using them this way. Super easy to clean as well. Just hose em down or fill of the kitchen sink with soapy water and dump em in.

Shortly after buying them, I started to notice that my plates and cups were stained with something black. I thought it was something from the water, but when I grabbed a product that I use for cleaning, it got heavily impregnated with the black from the gloves. It was at that moment that I realized it was the gloves that were staining everything, and it’s a stain that cannot be removed. This means that, in addition to having to invest in new gloves, I will also have to invest in a new set of dishes. I am very disappointed and frustrated because I live in Mexico, in a very remote place, and it is difficult for things to reach me and it takes a long time for them to arrive. ---------------- Al poco tiempo de haberlos comprado, empecé a notar que mis platos y tazas estaban manchados de algo negro. Pensé que había sido algo del agua, pero cuando agarré un producto que utilizo para la limpieza, se impregnó fuertemente con el negro de los guantes. Fue en ese momento que me di cuenta de que eran los guantes los que estaban manchando todas las cosas, y es una mancha que no se puede quitar. Eso quiere decir que, además de tener que invertir en otros guantes, también tendré que invertir en una nueva vajilla. Estoy muy decepcionada y frustrada, ya que vivo en México, en un lugar muy remoto, y es difícil que me lleguen las cosas y toma tiempo para que lleguen.

I bought these for work and they have performed great! I am a commercial winemaker and have to regularly handle acids (for sanitizing) and sulfite (to keep wine from over-oxidizing). They go up to my elbow in length which is long enough to protect my arms when reaching into buckets or bags of these chemicals. Realize that they are not particularly thick, substantial that way. They are a little thinner and more rubbery than that. But for my purposes they work great!

I purchased these gloves for my workplace at a hardware store. I am restocking a lot of returnable chlorine jugs during the summer months and these gloves are excellent for the job. They are strong and flexible and resist tears very well. 3 months of regular use and there is no damage to them at all. Very good product.
