I dry them for about ten minutes and then hang them. They come out almost wrinkle free. Enough so that I can wear them without ironing and they look good. They have kept their color well too.

4"10 would these be to long?

They would be way too long. I'm 5'7" and I had to hem them. They'd be too long in the crotch, as well.
