You need to exercise?

The most exercise I do is about 20 squats when I get out of the shower right after I put the cream on. And I have a small frame. I weigh 152 and my height is 5'3. I love my size but just want to enhance some features.

Do the results go away after you stop using the cream?

Yes results do go away its like the water weight u gain during ur menstrual cycle u will c ur best results 2days after takn then it evens back out thats wat this product does gives u the bloated look in ur breast and booty then it will go away back to normal if u miss a day or quit taking u will feel lik ur booty gt big then it will go away its just water weight, iv been takn for almost 7months and i hav the cream wich smells great but i dont c results but iv jus used the cream for a month
