This fits perfectly and works wonderfully in my black and decker 4/5 cup coffee maker. I have used it 5x now. Each cup comes out perfect and without any grounds in it.I have looked in a few local stores and cannot find a reusable coffee filter for 4/5 cup coffee makers. I was happy to find a selection on Amazon. I want to switch to reusable because it makes filters one less thing I have to buy. I drink multiple cups a day. It feels like I go through too many filters. I wanted something more sustainable.Upon receiving:This does NOT come in a box. It arrived in a plain resealable plastic bag.When I took it out, I was not impressed. I thought the screen would be on the sides AND bottom. It is NOT. Instead there is a plastic bottom. I groaned when I saw this and was immediately wanting to return it for one that had a screened bottom. The holes on the screened round sides are very very small. No grounds popped out upon putting dry stuff or in my cup while brewing.I decided to give it a try. Made one cup of Teecinno chicory. (I quit drinking coffee a years ago.)Using this filter brewed the PERFECT cup. The flavor was superb and tasted just like I used a paper filter. I was honestly amazed. I have never used a reusable filter and this exceeded my expectations.5 stars:I LOVE this product. Exceeded expectations. No grounds (or is it grinds?) My coffee alternative tasted exactly like it is supposed to taste. No change in flavor.I usually don't name drop in my reviews but in this case because it is not coffee I want to make it clear what kind of chicory I do drink. Not all chicory is alike? Teecinno chicory is made for coffee makers. The grind looks exactly like regular coffee. It brews just like coffee.

I ordered one of the Hamilton Beach five cup coffee makers, and it was hard to use a regular paper filter because th basket area is small. When I found this filter, it looked like it would work perfectly, and it does.It is easy to use and clean and even has a little handle to lift it out with.

This filter does an excellent job serves its purpose well. But somehow the shape warps slightly in a way that causes the handle to no longer rest on the rim. It falls into the basket chamber. Which is inconvenient because your coffee grounds go over top of this handle. This causes messy clean up of the coffee filter when the handle is in the middle of a pile of wet coffee grounds. It does its job and saves you money on having to buy and dispose of paper coffee filters. I am a big fan of reusable products. I typically do not buy takeout coffee. Which means I do not purchase paper and styrofoam cops that have to be disposed of. I I use a travel mug when I know I want to drink coffee while on the road we're at a get together or meeting. Not only is this economic friendly for me but it's also environmentally friendly and I really appreciate that!

I did remove the little handle because it falls inward and gets into the grounds. Other than that it's perfect for me.

Coffee still tastes good. Saves us a ton of throw away filter paper. Easy to wash and maintain.

The bottom of the filter is solid plastic which keeps grounds from draining into the coffee pot, but the flavor is a little off.

I like the product, however the handle drops into the basket, there is no way to keep this from happening.

Esta el tamaño perfecto para la cafetera de 4 tazas. Le quedo muy bien y llego en tiempo.

The small plastic tab on the handle isn't big enough and the handle will drop into the coffee grounds.
