Yes. But build in day-time because some colors shown on the instructions are difficult to tell.

No, it is not Lego. The brick size is about 40% smaller. It is NOT compatible with Lego.

How do I get the missing stickers?

I would contact Tamexi--most all big companies will respond! My grandchildren haven't worked on theirs yet, but we will be on the look out for missing items.
