ASU Joint Support Supplement, 300mg Avocado Soy Unsaponifiables, Once Daily

Seems to be working

I’ve been taking the Arthrocen Joint Health Supplement for about 30 days now, and I’ve noticed a clear improvement in my joint mobility and overall comfort. These capsules are easy to swallow and have seamlessly fit into my daily routine. The ingredients seem well-chosen for supporting joint health, as I experienced less stiffness and discomfort after my workouts. It’s an excellent option for anyone looking to maintain or improve joint flexibility without resorting to stronger medications. Ordering my third bottle. I have had excellent results after taking these supplements. Inflammation is low to barely existent. Sleeping, I have no burning or pain that wakes me up like I did prior to taking. There was a short period when I was traveling and forgot to bring for the week and I noticed increased swelling after taking walks. I used to have increased pain after walking over a mile, since taking these supplements I can now walk double that with little to no pain. Recuperation is quicker too. Gym sessions doing cardio or air squats has little effect on knee. I actually tried running again after not being able to for a few years and had some inflammation but minimal. Will probably stay away from the running but knee feels great. I also get an injection of Monovisc every 6 months but had spotty results. The supplement addition makes the injection “go further”. As I get closer to injection date I feel I could miss if needed. Overall I like.

Too soon to tell. But if this product really did make my knees feel this much better in only 4 weeks it's unbelievable - too good to be to true! On the other hand I'm cautious, these problems do come and go - somewhat. Maybe now I'm just at a good point? If this product is the reason I feel so much better I'd give it 10 stars! Really - within two weeks of starting this the pain in my knees is almost gone. The Dr told me I was ready for knee replacement - I'm 70. However, it hasn't helped my back much.

I have hereditary OA in my knee. Supplements, physical therapy, shots, followed by more expensive shots then more PT didn't work for me. Tried the Costco supplement and it made things worse. I could barely get out of bed in the morning without deep pain, and no longer could enjoy hiking everyday. I wanted my life back. I suffered & looked for a solution for over 4 years. My ortho said next step/last resort is surgery. Yeah...no. I was desperate for relief. Went online, did research and read about avocado soy unsaponifiables on the Mayo Clinic website. Ordered this product, thinking I have nothing to lose & vowed to give it time to work. Only 10 days later, yes 10, I felt so much better! I have been taking Arthrocen everyday for over 2 years first thing in the morning...I am like a new person. I hike everyday, stretch, workout, and have no pain most days...a few days very little pain, but I can still exercise with no discomfort. Best of all...no surgery! Be patient and give this time to work for you. I was lucky after 10 days. This supplement rules. I have my life back thanks to Arthrocen!!!

The product works. I have found that my bottles doe not have a 60 day supply of capsules. I started taking 1 capsule daily from this present bottle on 4/12/20; I marked the bottle with the date. I keep it separate from my other supplements so that I will only take the required 1 capsule daily. After taking my daily capsule today, I counted to see how many I had remaining. I have only 15 capsules, which will take me to May 26. A 60 day supply should take me to June 10th. I had noticed with previous bottles that the supply seemed to run out before 60 days. There appears to be a quality control issue when it comes to the filling of the capsules in the bottles. I do not know if you've received a complaint of this nature before as most people aren't vigilant about this matter when taking pills. I do know that this issue needs to be addressed ASAP, as the high cost of the product deems it necessary that the consumer can rest assured that they are receiving the correct amount of capsules in each bottle purchased. Because of this, I am seriously considering purchasing a similar product from another manufacturer because of this issue.

I've used this for more than 3 months and can't honestly say whether it's helping or not. My joint pain still comes and goes and I haven't been able to pinpoint cause/effect, but assume it is related in some way to combination of diet and exercise. I can't say that on balance, things are better now than they were before I started taking these capsules. I can say that if you want to try ASU, this seems to be a good product to try as it's 300 mg in a single capsule. Some of the other products require two capsules to get the same dose, which means a higher per-day or per-mg cost.
