Good quality
Gentle and effective. No loose bowels with this one, however it will make your morning bathroom time more comfortable. It really is gentle. Two capsules a day works well to relax my neck muscles during the day and then I take the 2nd one before bed and sleep well at night. Give it a few days, you'll see the difference. CanPrev imho is a quality brand as I've used many of them in the past. I recommend it.

Very good so far for me, no major complaints, working as expected
Seems to be helping with sleep, only thing to note is that it dehydrates me quite a bit. I have to drink at least 16 oz of water in the morning. I would say my body is properly repairing itself, perhaps for the 1st time in a long time, as the magnesium draws water into my cells properly. I seem to be actually sleeping the full night and no longer waking up earlier like I was. I also started reading a physical book for 15-20 mins before sleep, which further help calm the brain and prepare better for sleep. I am going to experiment with Magnesium/L-Theanine soon, as I heard it can be a potent sleep agent as well. I am looking for the deepest sleep possible.

Gentle on my stomach
I have been using this magnesium for a while and I am very happy with it. It is gentle on my stomach and easy to take. I usually take it in the evening and it helps me feel more relaxed before sleep. The bottle also lasts a long time and I would buy it again.
