Honestly I was skeptical at first because I thought that this was another shake weight product. I started at 5'6" and 278lbd. It took a couple of days to really find a rhythm with this, but once you find your rhythm it goes pretty smoothly. I have been using this product for over 2 months now for 30 minutes a day. I've had to take off three Links from when I first started. Along with diet change and other exercises I have dropped 2pants sizes and weigh in at 253. I am very happy and can see a significant difference in my waist and tummy area that I believe is from the weighted hula hoop. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Undecided. Its fun, im just not sure if this works/helps like it claims to. The motion is not your usual hoola-hoop movement, more of a “bend in the knees” to rock front to back.
