Great buy for the price. Originally shopped for Raid Tape to wrap a pistol magazine extension but it was awfully expensive so I bought a 2 pack of this for around 8 bucks. I am very impressed with it on the magazine extension, it holds up well, provides good grip, and softens the edges for appendix carry. I also wrapped my kydex holster with it, including the padded wedge on the holster and am very impressed with how well it performs. It is a little gummy at first, but this wears off. For the price I highly recommend.

Great price and lasts well. The beginning of the roll is just sticky enough but once you get about 1/4 in it gets very sticky. The last 1/4 is quite sticky and a little hard to get off the role - but worth it!

I purchased this grip tape for three main reasons: 1) I wanted better grip on my bars - this tape provides that, especially when hands get a little sweaty. 2) I wanted a more comfortable grip - the knurling on my dumbbell handles are quite aggressive and when I have 50 or so pounds on them the knurling makes my delicate hands hurt. Sadly, I'm not even exaggerating. This grip tape did the trick. 3) My eyesight is old, just like I am and putting it on my bench-press barbell made it easier to know if my hand were correctly placed. This tape contrasts nicely on the chrome barbell. It also provided a grip that feels more secure and less likely to slip. Imagine that, grip tape that makes things more grippy... I am unsure about the longevity of this tape. It seems like it will last 2-3 months per application. The kit comes with two rolls and each roll looks like enough for three applications. Essentially the tape on the barbell and two dumbbells, represent about 1/3rd of a roll. So based on that, this two roll kit should last me 18 months. This product is effective, though it leaves a glue residue on the tape’s outer surface. After a few uses, the issue improves.
