what is the return policy?

I'm not sure. You're best bet is to contact costumer service team.

assembly: I purchased for my 76 year old mom. What tools will I need to bring to her house for assembly?

It comes with the tools needed for assembly. No need to bring anything. I bought this unit over two and a half years ago and it is still going strong. I am 75 years old and this is a great exercise tool. Good luck with it.

How stable it this? Does it tip easily?

It’s stable and easy to use. No tipping issue at all.... Highly recommended.

Why does my bike make a clicking knocking sound when I peddle? I stopped using it just got the bike today...
