Good support for palm of hands
I was not sure when ordering about the metal ends, but they are nicely rounded and smooth so no injury risk. I love the support for the wrists whilst cycling that you don't get with normal grips. The bolts keep them secure, so they don't move like many other grips. Top marks from me.
