That's a great question! I don't know the answer, but I'm sure it won't hurt to try. Just like dieting and exercising in the beginning be faithful once or twice a day for 90 days. By 90th day you should see some results. Hope that helped.

How do you know its working?

While using the massager, you can feel your abs soften and relax. There’s a tightening of the muscles and you can feel and see it working as you are using the product.
