Just as described. I haven’t seen any significant results yet but I struggle with exercise due to stroke recovery, but this amazing! First time in a long time I’m able to do sit-ups! Great tool! Highly recommend the purchase.

Not worth the price...
Very flimsy design. This product isn't resilient it snapped irreparably by the fourth use. I've since thrown it out, counted my loss and moved on.

Looks cheap - but it works
When this came - I was a little worried about how cheap it looks. But, I use it to exercise at my desk - and within a month people were telling me how much more fit I looked. I even fitted into some jackets that were tight last winter. I'm a fan!

Very cheap quality plastic used. The plastic hollow tube on which the sligs are attached broke within a week. Avoid this product. If the slings break while in use can cause severe injury.
