This B12 liquid is easy to take. The flavour isn't great, tastes like oil but you don't notice it after a few seconds. It's not expensive and works effectively.

For a pretty long time my B12 level was really low (the whole last year it was like180-220 mg). As I'm 40+ now, I decided to change this factor - by browsing & reading reviews I found this one. I must be fully honest I didn't expect too much change during a 2-months period that I gave it a try. But after 2 months I was truly amazed 😊 my B12 level jumped up to 820mg, what was ABSOLUTELY ASTONISHING 🙃 I know I may sound like a marketing idiot.. but I'm genuinely surprised with the effect. And I used it simply by the instruction, 1/2 of measure per day. Proved by experience, it really works !

This tastes vile like that nasty ass cough mix your mams used to give you as a child. Dont take it daily as it tastes like 💩 so cant comment on the benefits, need my regular brand to come back available so i can order that again.

I purchased this product as a suggestion from my doctor. I was low in some vitamin B12. This product was easy to take. I place 1/2 dropper under my tongue, wait a few seconds and swallow. The light flavored taste is not bad and it doesn't linger on your tongue. Love it. I've been taking it for a week now and I feel more energy. I recommend it.

I purchased my first bottle of SBR Nutrition Vitamin B-12 on 5/11 and my second bottle on 9/16. The bottle lasted 4 months at a cost of $5.25 per month which is a good value. It is easy to take and has a pleasant flavor. I am a very active 70 year old and need the extra energy.

never tried vitD in liquid form. tastes fine and probably absorbed better

Must take early watch your caffeine intake or else you will be I was paying for a B12 shot but the drops worked just like the shot and it's cheaper. I have more energy during the day now.

impossible to know if you're getting the dose without a measurement mark on the dropper :(
