LSQ KZE-B-03 3/8'' NPT 10,000PSI Hydraulic High Pressure Quick Connect Coupling Quick Coupler Set Replaces Enerpac C-604

I have a variety of electric and pneumatic 10k PSI power packs to use with rams, punches, crimpers, presses, etc. I think the most frustrating part about buying these various components is some put the male part on the accessory, while others put the female. They seem to never include both. There are several different brands for these quick connects on Amazon and I have bought a few different brands. In all fairness, they all appear to work about the same, drip around the same amount of hydraulic oil when disconnecting, and fit together without much difference. This particular set has positive threaded caps, whereas some others have a rubber cap. I prefer the plastic caps since they won't degrade with time, and they thread into each piece of the quick coupler to ensure dirt/debris stays out. This particular quick connect was about the cheapest I could find on Amazon, with some costing $10 more for essentially the same thing. They work well with some HD Teflon tape, and I've not had any leaks when the connector is joined together. Because these are rated for higher pressure compared to the flat face couplings, you will need to accept some oil loss when disconnecting the quick connects. I'd rate these more of a 4.5 since I wish they leaked a bit less when disconnecting, but that's the nature of the beast.

These are quality fittings if you have a 5/8's hole 🕳 I don't understand their references to 3/8's npt 1/4 npt is for 3/8's hole this is what I discovered.
