I got this for my teen for online counseling &everyday use. I will be buying another one for my other teen. The shipping was quick, the quality was so good that It didn't even look used. the screen was in great shape and the back was pristine. We have had no issue in the 2 months that we have had it so far. The charge that came with it works great as well. i definitely recommend this product.

I was on the fence about getting refurbished iPads for my daughters but they have refurbished iPhones that work well so I took the plunge and got these for Christmas presents. One is an adult and the other is an older teen and they love to draw. I bought them drawing tablets initially but they arrived looking cheap and had laggy pens. I returned them and went with these two iPads. They arrived in two days in perfect condition. The iPads came in plain cardboard boxes without much padding but they had absolutely no scratches and looked brand new. They don't come with the Apple box but you save one to two hundred dollars or more by going with a model that is a few years older. The battery life is great and they stay charged. Set up was so easy. They take their iPads everywhere in cases I bought separately. The sceeens are bright and all buttons are responsive. After these iPads I don't think I'll ever buy Apple products brand new again.

Works perfectly. No damage came and with a free screen protector. Battery life is not bad. Been great for drawing on the go. Worth the money.

iPad was fully operational, no scratches and battery life full. I only removed a star due to the incorrect power block that shipped with the iPad. It cannot be any cheap type and MUST be a 20W Wall Charging Block Adapter or else it will display as “Not Charging”. Otherwise, beside the incorrect power block shipped (and I had to make a separate purchase), I’m very pleased with the iPad.

So far, so good. After some initial problems (mine and Apple's security, not the iPad itself) I was finally able to login and use this new to me iPad. This one replaced my at least 10 year old iPad (not even sure what generation it was) that was barely usable. Absolutely no problems with this one. Not sure what made this "renewed" but it came in pristine shape. My use is mostly for pleasure and a small online reselling business so it exceeds my expectations. Excellent value and highly recommend purchasing renewed electronics

So I bought this for my 16 year old granddaughter for her to draw on. She is in love!! It is working very well and she loves it!! I also got her a case, protective screen and a pen for her to draw with. For her birthday, I will get her the apple pen if she keeps up with the cheaper version!! Lol!!

This was a great product, excellent battery life. Definitely great purchase and the price for this item was good! The only downfall is the charger did not work!

I’ve been using this iPad for a while now and everything works perfectly so far. The performance is smooth, the screen looks great, and it does exactly what I need for daily use. It arrived in very good condition with no scratches or signs of wear at all. It came with a generic charger instead of the original Apple one, but it works perfectly and charges without any issues. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it.

Llegó un poco después de lo que se había estipulado, pero la espera valió la pena. La batería, botones de volumen, bloqueo y touch ID en buen estado, solo tiene un ligero raspón en la parte de atrás, pero nada que sea de molestia, le coloque una funda protectora y sigo usándola para verificar el funcionamiento, llegó en caja sellada y protegida con burbujas, trae cargador génerico, es por estos detalles que colocó el rango de 4 estrellas. Actualización: llevo 2 meses usándola y la batería está al 100% la dejo sin bloquear durante 5 horas y solo se baja el 50%, la utilizo para eq sonido en vivo, no he tenido ningún problema recién se actualizó al IOS26 y todo. Estoy muy contento con la compra. ☺️
