These are solid, well-made hiking poles. I absolutely love them. I'm currently in Europe, using them as a mobility, balance aid. They are light weight and, when folded, easily fit into my day pack. Love the blue colour I bought. We'll done FitLife 👏👏👏

週末には、犬を連れてやまにいきます。 山は楽しいですが，膝に来るのが難点でした。 でも、トラッキングポールを使うと、膝の悩みはずいぶん楽になります。 さらに、足の負担を腕に振り分けるので、全身運動にもなります。 本製品は伸縮式なので、登りと降り、斜面の緩急に合わせて長さを調節することができます。 5回くらい使いましたが、強度も心配なさそうですよ。

Good value at the price I paid. Have used them a few times, Hadrians wall hikes and the park district. Strong, sturdy reasonably lightweight. Food up 3 ways and packs into my small rucksack when not in use, not too heavy to cage. Good grip and a flexible handle that goes around your wrist for security. Can be shortened, has a number of ends to change when different terrains. Easy to work out how to use, and made me feel more secure mainly coming down hills for me

Ordered these poles 2 days before my very first 50km trail run. The instructions and setting up of the poles was really easy, the product is light and folds perfectly to store on the back of the backpack. They worked like a treat. Would definitely recommend these to others who are getting into the ultra trail running and want something that doesnt cost an arm and a leg, after all Ive already spent enough money on all the other gear I needed for this event...
