On the box it says that it has 37gm protein per 100gm and in one serving of 32gm it shows 19.73gm of protein, does this make any sense.?

It doesn't say 19.73g. It says 19.73% of RDA (Recommend Daily Allowance) of protein in a 2000 kcal diet. Now, in a 2000 kcal diet generally 50g protein is recommended, but according to what they have written they have used 60g as standard. So, we are being told that in a 32g serving we will get 19.73% protein of our RDA, i.e., 19.73% of 60g, which is approximately 11.8g. Now, we can check the above by just multiplying .37 by 32g which is 11.84g. QED
