Absolutely perfect feels so sturdy and great quality. Comes with instructions and guidance so I can feel extremely comfortable when I’m using it. If you looking to get into canning I would definitely recommend this as it’s a great price

The pressure canner is a much better quality one than I was expecting. It included the canning accessories which are cheap and cheerful and a little flimsy but Ill replace these with better ones at a later date once i've got some canning practice in. the canner comes with 2 rubber seals, an instruction book and 1 canning tray I have brought a couple more (11 inch diameter) so I can have a second layer. I've included a video where I have tried to capture the real dimensions using an Ikea cube for reference also. the canner is not larger enough to have 2 layers of Quart jars but is plenty big enough for 2 layers of Jam jars and perhaps even a quart jar and a Jam jar. No issue with postage packing or delivery it even came a day earlier than expected. I'm holding off my final verdict until the canner has been used a few times but am impressed so far

So bummed I invested in this. Ok so pressure gauge doesn’t work. I wouldn’t mind so much if the steam came out correctly, and there was a nice little wobble when I put the weight on. But it sits still and water bubbles around the bottom as well as steam comes through the hole by the handle. Honestly not even sure what to do with this thing now, as I think it’s too late to return. What a waste of money..

I purchased this canner in early 2024 and it has been used on a regular basis. sometimes full to the brim with jars and other times with only a few. Works perfectly. Only Con is that I wish they sold larger ones. Ease of use is excellent. Having never canned, this is straight forward and now feels like second nature. Excellent value for money compared to the named brands shipped from the States.

Very pricey for what it is and what you get, there are no accessories included and no instructions in English it’s all in Chinese. On opening the package one of the handles was damaged which doesn’t detract from the use but for the price it’s not a good start. With one use the inside has tarnished even though I followed recommended procedure from several on line instruction videos. It took the pressure gauge quite a while to start moving which initially I thought it was faulty. I wouldn’t say it was an easy process to do as the instructions are in Chinese which is frustrating. If I was to purchase another I would do more research and opt for one with proper instructions and recipe book included

Works great for sterilizing mason jars. Even though it states 90kPa, it can easily hold 100kPa with the right stove temperature. Additionally it really great that it comes with extra tools to work with mason jars such as tongs and a funnel. As a note: Another reviewer said this has no English instructions. This is no longer true as of 2026 -- the instruction manual has several languages including English. Even though this was my first pressure cooker, it was easy enough to follow the instructions.

Given the current climate, we decided to preserve our garden harvest this year away from the freezer, energy costs being what they are. Purchased this canner, on arrival it had a broken handle, contacted the company and they sent replacements immediately. Did a few water bath Cannings first and it was fantastic. It hold 8 X pint size jars (490ml) very easily. Comes to pressure very fast and after 10min vent of steam and appropriate pressure canning time for my veg I was very happy to have 16jars of canned mixed veg. The weight is geared for 11lbs pressure for my elevation(under 1000ft) and is simple to use and clean. Only expense as such has been the ball canning jars. They designed for this job. Happily recommend this canner and supplier. Tis a tad expensive but worth it to prevent food loss during power outages. Canned jars sit happily awaiting use.

This product works really well, I'm very pleased with it so far, I've canned lots of produce and it's not let me down. I told the supplier that I would like a spare gasket for the lid and he sent one free of charge.. My only worry is if I need to replace other parts, but I do feel that this item will last well as it's good quality and fit for purpose.. It's obviously a clone of another type of canner, I just wish I knew which one.

Verpackung und Versand waren in meinem Fall top, alles kam sicher und einwandfrei an. Unterm Strich: Top-Produkt + Top-Verkäufer. Wer einen großen, zuverlässigen Pressure Canner sucht und ein professionelles Gesamtpaket will, macht hier absolut nichts falsch. Klare 5 Sterne – ich würde jederzeit wieder kaufen.
