The Fram filter is manufactured in Missouri USA 🇺🇸

There is something glued to the filter under it. Do i have to take it off or its part of the filter

It's an extra layer of protection. Definitely do not modify the filter whatsoever

Is the Amazon fitment up to date? The Fram website states it fits, Amazon it doesnt
