No milk no dairy no chips no surgar no soda no processed foods. Also would help to buy digestive aid vitamins for maximum absorbtion so your gut doesnt bypass it all.I took a pic of the ones I know are good and work great with the broth pills here. It seems like they try to get a whole purity thing across at least.) But they don't seem to have any USDA Organic certification or any seal for being organic on the package.
