This bar ended up being far more sturdy, weighty, and just better than I had expected, given the low price. I've included a picture showing the weight, of nearly 5 pounds.There is a drawback to this bar, however. The rotating attach point does not come pre-greased. It felt very rough while doing my exercises. After I finished, I used my grease gun to inject heavy duty grease into the grease/oil hole. This solved the problem and the bar immediately felt smooth during the next workouts. The downside is that the grease continues to ooze out of the pivot joint and I constantly worry about it getting on the carpet.For the money, this is a great tricep bar!

Muy buen material

Mycket stabilt rakt handtag, kommer aldrig att kunna slita ut den. Fin ytfinish, bra lättring, inga vassa kanter (och naturligtvis med smörjhål). Mycket nöjd.

自宅トレの為に購入しました。値段も手頃です。使用感ですが、やはりセンターがロックされずに回るのでケーブルでのトレーニングで負荷のかかり具合が自然な感じがしました。耐久性も問題無さそうなので末永く使って行けそうです。
