Caps are a bit on the large size but, light weight enough to swallow if preferred. Can't tell for certain yet re how much protection is provided but, the strength & strong smell of the 'powder' is Impressive. I'll make sure i and spouse take one just before or quickly after, visits with multiple family relatives, as well as when needing to spend some time in public stores/markets. Why get sick if you can AVOID it; specially important after age 65/up!! Will be buying this product again in 3-6 mos.
