Extra calcium is a plus

These are my new vitamins from now on. I compared them to many others before buying and these were the most complete vitamins I found. A little big but doable. For all seniors?
I was annoyed to discover, when I was found to have an iron deficiency, that most multivitamin-multi mineral products for seniors do not contain iron. I am an 80-year old male. I switched to this product because it contains iron. Maybe more guys should.
