Will it split Ash wood?

It should without a problem. Ash is one of the hardwoods that splits easy, especially green. I like this splitter because of price and was able to set it on a table next to wood pile. Work at waist height. I had a hardwood that had been drying for about 4 months and it split it well. You can go a little bigger on size than they advise and some bigger by finding spots to split in sections. Again it has performed well at least for a cord of wood so far.

how do i go about returning , repairing or exchanging a PS90 log splitter that is not working , only 2 months old?
