Partial restriction is the key.
Have tried several products to help with elbow pain this is the best one to get you through the day. The "sleeves" are good but they can restrict the blood flow, the "immobilizers" are good but you really cannot do much with the arm while you are wearing, the also tend to slip. The single forearm strap is good but does not complete the job. The wrist braces help but again too much restriction to get things done.If you can tolerate about half of your normal elbow rotation this "Aodor Design" is a great bet with the partial restriction and the support both above and below the elbow.

Good enough, but better than everything else I found.
It's a bit smaller than you think, and while I'm not the buffest guy, one of the straps isn't quite long enough so that both staggered velcro spots land on the brace. This was easily fixed by putting a bit of gauze on the velcro so it didn't irritate my skin.I weened myself off of it after a few weeks, and will hang on to it for future use (if I need it).
