Was looking for an ottoman pull out bed but they are pricey and have crap mattresses.** A: I have this tucked up under a handmade cover in the corner of my bedroom. It would do well as a basic ottoman. The edges would roll a bit under pressure; a very thin board along the sides inside the cover would help. **Q: Will the trifold mattress fit into the bag with a fitted sheet attached?** A: I don't put my mattress away w/sheet, but if the sheet fits tightly, I would think it would. The mattress is easy to cover with bag if you follow instructions. I am really glad I bought it. Makes storage much neater. **Q: Is this waterproof?** A: No it’s not **Q: 1) will this fit the milliard for tri-fold mattress that is 31 inches wide, 4 inches thick? 2) is a $10 mattress fee charge added by amazon?** A: No, it will fit 6 inch only.
