Excellent for Taekwondo Sparring
Bought these for myself (L), my husband (XL), and my 8 year old daughter (we went w/a medium, but it was too big). For my daughter, they fit her feet and hands in width, but not in length (short and stubby :)) so they may work for her when she's a little older. We didn't decide to exchange for a small because I'm not sure if it would be the same issue. For my husband and I (both intermediate TKD students), we love these - they're so much more comfortable than the items that came with our school's sparring equipment. Definitely a good buy!

Great add to TKD sparring gear.
These work great. The feet are a bit if a challenge to get on, but at the same time, they stay on. Just enough padding to protect against hitting an elbow. Seem to be good quality.
