To confirm, would this transformer replace a lennox transformer part#10y66 ? (a.k.a heartland controls power choke 104007-01 h1831-000199). thanks

We are unable to look up Lennox parts by model number.  This is a low voltage transformer.  A power choke is different from a transformer, although they are very similar in appearance.  A power choke is a device to protect an ECM blower motor.  This would not be suitable for power choke application.

Is the secondary voltage ac or dc and is this transformer wet location rated

The secondary is AC voltage.  This is designed for a furnace or HVAC application, I would not recommend using in a wet environment.  Thanks for your inquiry.

Will this transformer operate 3- 2 p0le ghting contactors ?

This transformer is designed for a furnace application and is 40 VA rated at 24 volts AC.  If your contactors have 24 volt AC operating coils it would depend on the amp draw of the coils.  Volts X amps = VA.  If your contactor coils draw 1/2 amp @ 24 volts, then 3 of them would be 1.5 amps.  1.5 amps X 24 volts = 36 VA, you would be OK.  If you exceed the VA rating of the transformer then voltage will drop and your contactors will chatter and burn up.  This transformer is internally protected which means it will fail if overloaded or shorted, so please be careful.  Thanks for your inquiry.
