I ordered the V neckline for this one, on size M based on other people's pictures (I ordered other shirts on S) and M was fine, it is a lose fit but not too big. The material is very soft and comfortable to wear, and I like how it's fitted yet baggy in the right areas. The color of the material is exactly as photographed and the feel of the fabric is very smooth and soft. It has a nice amount of stretch to it and I liked how it hugs at my hips but is loose around my chest and belly area. The stretch and cut definitely give me shape, but also has enough draping to hide problem areas. The shirt feels airy and lightweight, and I found that after washing several times that the material does not fade, pill, or stretch out. I also didn't have issues with the material being too see-through or thinned out in some areas. It's thick enough that I don't need to wear a tank or camisole underneath, but not so thick that it heats me up. I liked this shirt so much that I purchased the 3/4 sleeve version - that shirt is also very flattering in terms of look and I liked the longer-sleeved style. It has a longer sleeve than most short sleeve tops and cinches in at the hips while not clinging at the waist/rib area hiding any muffin top. I’m 5’5” and 134 pounds so I ordered a medium. The fit is perfect, but like others mentioned, the neckline could be a little smaller as it tends to show the bra strap when you move. it is a navy color, but not what I would call dark navy and hoping for. I am keeping it as it is comfortable, fits well, and while it is sheer, due to the color, it really isn’t see-through. I would imagine that the white would be transparent as it’s not really heavy material. I haven’t laundered it yet so I don’t know if it will pill. I will wash it inside out and hang to dry.
