SPRI Hanging Exercise Mats for Gyms, Closed-Cell Foam Yoga & Fitness Mats with Grommets, Thick Workout Mats for Studios & Group Fitness Classes

Love it. Very thick, great for my back. Use it in my home gym. My boyfriend uses is for his workouts as well, says it works great for his weights workouts as it does not bounce once the weight lands on the mat. I cleaned it a few times. We both used it for a month, I do not see no wear or damage. Would recommend it.

Best Matt I've owned. It's sturdy cushioned and easy to clean. It does hold its shape well and stays down yet its not heavy. I store it folded round with the upside out. I rinsed it off and it dryed fast. I use about 4 or 5 days a week and it's holding up after a bit over a month. No dents. It's soft to lay on skin to matt contact and I like the texture top for grip. Does not slide. Would buy again.

Was trying to find a mat to do my quarantine at-home workouts with that wasn’t going to break down on me quickly. This one is well worth the money! Had kind of a strong scent when I first received it but washed it off with water and soap in my tub before I used it. It’s sturdy and comfortable and doesn’t slip around on carpet or wood floors, which is another thing I was worried about.

I experience lower back pain when doing situps on the bare floor, but with this mat all pain is gone, and I can now focus on getting more reps instead of being comfortable. The mat does try to curl at the end, but it doesn't curl on the other side.

Good mats just need the right cleaning spray, thickness was good and

This is a comfortable thickness and a good size. I don’t like my shoes on the mat, so I like this shorter length, yet it’s still long enough to keep my skin off the floor. It’s nice to have a hanging option as well.

Great mat! Everything I expected. I’ve used outdoors on concrete patio for a couple months and it’s held up great. Perfect comfort level. Only complaint is it never lost its creases/marks/rolled form from being folded when shipped.

I use this for stretching at home because I have hardwood floors and so this mat helps a lot.

Excelente pad para ejercicios, es muy útil y práctico.

Excelente calidad y tamaño,antiderrapante y de fácil limpieza. ¡Muy recomendable!

Great mat for working out. I also use when I just want to lay on the floor because the thickness of the mat is a perfect cushion. Much better than a yoga mat.
