The product carries very good quality and the material used is very good. The delivery was extremely prompt and the product was well packaged. Now I move straight to pros and cons PROS 1. Good material 2. Strongly built 3. Can be used for various types of pain. 4. The infrared works fine. People should understand the heat it produces. It is not normal heat which can damage the net above. It produces simple heat but you will feel thirsty after use because of IR treatment on body. This shows that it is working. 5. The buttons are fine and wire is long enough. Like the cheap counterparts the plug was not changed and it is indeed the original one. 6. The rollers are very strong 7. User manual is there CONS 1. It is bit heavy which is ok . 2. A person should know the use otherwise it can cause more pain which is indirectly the fault of the user. 3. They give additional warranty for review. However it is not a con because you are not required to give only positive review. So far I have used for three days and working is fine. It can take load and speed, inverse rotation all are working. No issues so far.

I am a Fitness coach with regular strength training in my routine and I am also an expecting mom. So, it made sense to get this product when my husband’s massaging techniques started going futile. TBH, I did not have much expectations of its power and had used a ball based massage gun earlier which was just okay. But, I am so glad I got this belt that feels like a really muscular man is massaging my back! And, the balls are placed in such a way that your pain points on the back and shoulder would be addressed so nicely. So, you won’t have that incomplete feeling after a massage when the points go unaddressed. You can see how much I care about the minutes of massages and thus I highly recommend this product. I just hope that it lasts forever and the build quality looks promising too. No cons so far but just a cautionary - if using for elder (esp for ankle massage), first use it on minimal setting as the balls give quite some pressure and their bones are fragile.

For the price paid the quality looks and feels nice. It fulfils the purpose. Bought it for my wife post pregnancy and she is really satisfied and happy with it. Comes with a cable so have to sit close to a power/plug point. It comes with a car adapter as well so ideally once should be able to use it in the car. First level speed itself is very comfortable. The heating functionality is at a comfortable temp as well.

Product is good. However, if the handles were little longer it would be easy for people with broad shoulders to massage at accurate points, and due to short handles it's difficult to operate the buttons. It works well on neck and lower back. As the name is shoulder massager it's difficult to keep it on the shoulder as the motors are heavy and the strap doesn't give much support to hold it in place. Will try it using on gaming chair. The heating option is not that effective. The kneaders are good. Speed control should be better.

Frankly I didn’t expect a much out of this at this price point, but it super exceeded all my expectations. I couldn’t believe how pain relieving and effective this was in one single sitting. It has a nice kneading feature which you can set the rhythm to your liking …tight muscular knots, upper back, neck pain all gone. It does have a red light while in use, but no heating feature as suggested in the description. I liked that you could manoeuvre this to any body part. Highly recommended and worth the buy. It’s a steal for the price!
