Make sure to inspect your product when unpacking the box, when we opened and assembled our grill there was a huge crack on the bottom of the base piece. Amazon thankfully sent out a replacement without questions. We washed all the pieces before testing out the grill. I recommend for at least 30 minutes turning on the grill to 400F at a well ventilated area so the scent of the heating coils to subside before first use.We cooked unseasoned pork belly strips at 450F, there was no smoke and only an occasional steam which went away right away. In order to further minimize the cooking smell we placed the lid. This is where the design flaw presented itself. The steam from the cooking was being pushed out through the fan and moisture started to build up under the entire grill. In the middle of cooking we found there was a small puddle building up underneath. Is it a deal breaker? No, but unexpected, so next time we will place a dish towel underneath to minimize the moisture build up while cooking with the lid on.Overall, it is a great product from first use and cleaning process was a breeze.

I have been so very happy and impressed with this indoor. You can see what you are grilling with glass lid and it has asa very generous size. As you get used this product, you will see how beautifully it does the job grilling 6 burgers, pork chops, steaks, kabobs. Etc. Did I mention how easy it is to clean up with some parts 0k for dishwasher. Its quality will impress you.

Gotta love this indoor grill. We have used it for steaks and pork chops, leaves nice grill marks in the meat.My wife says it cleans up very easy.Wish I had bought one years ago for grilling in the winter months.Almost zero smell in thd house.

Easy to assemble, and the instructions were easy to follow.As for the actual cooking, the meat took a long time to cook (almost an hour) but other than the long time to cook, I would say it’s a good indoor alternative to grill. However, it doesn’t do as well of a job of making the meat crispy on outside and juicy inside, probably with the lower heat and taking a long time to cook.Cleaning was easy, and overall easy to maintain. If your goal is to not have smoke in the house, this is the right fit for you. The smoke fan is not too loud, and though you can smell the meat there isn’t smoke.

Very little variation in temperature (350 or 400), but works fantastic! Has grill lines and taste. Cleans up easily and quickly. Smokeless. Can fit 6 large burger patties or 4-6 thin chicken breasts. Cooks a little longer than a regular grill, but plan ahead and it’s the perfect way to grill in your kitchen.

I have not opened this Grill opened as of yet. Made in China. I rather have products made in the USA ot any other country, not China. I guess I will keep this item, but I am rather upset with your company. I just hope it works.?

I was not sure how well an indoor smokeless grill would work, but to my surprise this grill works great. I have no problem with smoke and it grills the meat very evenly & nicely. Nice size, easy to clean and the glass lid comes in very handy.
