Astra Isatis – Immune Defense & Respiratory Health Supplement – Herbal Cold & Flu Support – Astragalus, & Licorice Extracts - Chinese Traditional Formula – 90 Capsules

Ive been dealing with fatigue and brain fog for over 14 yrs due to Epstein Barr/Mono, I havent had this much energy and clarity in years!!!! Thank you!

I have been using these herbs for years for my bird, and it’s kept her alive after a fatal condition she was diagnosed with! So thankful!!

The cost might be a deterrent, but during cold season these are a life saver. The supplement contains many herbs and extracts, even Chinese ones. The potency and quality is great, the brand is trusted and tested. I took these even as others in the house were sick and never caught the cold. Two weeks after the bottle ended I got sick, it made me a believer. These are odorless, tasteless and easy to swallow. You take 3 a day so it's only a 30 day supply. If they were cheaper I would take all year, but I see a high value in taking fall to spring. My immune system is super while taking this supplement.

I have only tried a couple different Chinese medicine supplements, however out of those two I tried, one was the most effective supplement I ever took. Based on this experience I do believe Chinese medicine does have some ancient wisdom and it's not all ineffective or made up remedies. Upon buying these previous Chinese medicine supplements, I do remember seeing this specific supplements name. I have not had the cold or flu but I'm taking this now to make sure my immune system stays strong during the fall and winter. I can't guarantee this will work for you or you'll notice anything from it, but it seems promising and seems to be good quality and for that reason I give it 5 stars.

This supplement combines astragalus, isatis, and licorice extracts in a traditional Chinese formula, which makes it feel carefully designed and balanced. The capsules are easy to swallow, have no aftertaste, and the 90-count bottle provides a generous supply. I like that it is simple, natural, and doesn’t include unnecessary fillers. I added this to my routine as a way to support overall wellness, and it has fit in smoothly. It feels good knowing I have an herbal option I can rely on, and it gives me peace of mind during times when I want extra immune support. For me, it has been a worthwhile and reliable addition. 5 stars. Clean, balanced, and supportive.

Health Concerns is a known source of supplements based on traditional Chinese medicine, so I trust the reliability of their products. This is a blend of herbs which the listing states is for Vitality, Memory, Dizziness, Vertigo, Recovery & Immune Support. I already take a few, and used to take ligustrum berry extract, until I found it not as readily available. I use those herbs for general health, immune system health and the tonic effect some provide. Being a blend of eleven herbs and substances like kombu, like Chinese herbal remedies are often a mix of multiple herbs, the result is a synergistic effect, stronger that the individual benefit of each separately. The label suggested use is 3 capsules, 3 times a day, so the bottle provides a 10 day supply, which seems appropriate given the number of herbs in the preparation. SInce it is by a brand that specializes in traditional Chinese herbs and remedy combinations, I can assume that the mix is appropriate, and better than my taking what I am taking individually.

This supplement is based on a traditional Chinese herbal formula, combining astragalus, isatis, licorice root, and several other botanicals. The proprietary blend is 1,956 mg per 3-capsule serving, and each bottle provides 90 capsules, which equals a 30-day supply at the suggested serving size. What makes this product stand out is that it uses a wide range of herbs traditionally used together rather than just one or two ingredients. Astragalus and isatis are often paired in traditional formulations, while licorice root and mulberry leaf are common complementary herbs. The blend leans toward being a full-spectrum formula rather than a single-extract capsule, which may appeal to those who prefer traditional herbal combinations over isolated ingredients. The company also emphasizes a balance between “modern research and ancient wisdom,” which reflects in the ingredient list. While daily values aren’t established for these herbs, the label provides clear transparency about what’s inside. The capsules are vegetarian, and the formula avoids unnecessary fillers aside from rice bran.

This is a high quality Chinese herbal formula for seasonal support, with a solid lineup: Astragalus, Isatis, Licorice root, Bai‑Zhu, White Mulberry, and more. The vegetable capsules are small, easy to swallow, and leave no funky aftertaste. The label calls for 3 capsules daily, and you can scale back for maintenance when you’re between peak seasons. Pros Well‑chosen TCM herbs for cold/flu season Easy‑to‑swallow veggie caps; no taste or smell Simple once‑daily routine (3 caps) Considerations: Proprietary blend (individual herb mg not listed) Contains licorice root, which isn’t ideal for everyone Bottom line: If you want a holistic, TCM‑style approach to seasonal wellness in a clean, easy capsule, this is a great pick.
