Exactly what I was looking for
The old hub was no longer good enough for me and I wanted to find one without the cloud storage. So I decided to try RaZberry.I was able to replace the controller on the network without even switching all devices. Actually I had no clue how to do it, but the support helped me.So what do I have now:1. Longer range coverage probably because of Linx antenna.2. I solved the latency problem with a distant device via Zniffer function.Actually that's why I preferred the software from this company. I can see almost every device interaction and even can setup the routes manually. The Expert interface for the inclusion is perfect because i can easily find every step of the process and change the settings for any device. It's a game changer

infurating trash!! buy some other brand.
cant begin to describe how frustrating this product is. firmware updates are most infuriating process, taking a sequence of 7 updates to get to current. then at the end of all that its locked to EU and doesnt work in us. outside of return period so smashed it with hammer to get my moneys worth of 6 hours wasted trying to make work. documentation is insanely horrible as well, run and find anything but zwave.me!!!

Works with Home Assistant OS on Raspberry Pi
This works great with Home Assistant OS on a raspberry pi. You need to add dtoverlay=disable-bt to your boot config, otherwise it won't work due to conflicting with the raspberry Pi's Bluetooth. If you are using the supervised HAOS image, you won't be able to edit /boot/firmware/config.txt like you normally would. Inside the HAOS app or web ui, add the add-on called "File editor". You can then use that to edit your config right in the app or web ui. Reboot to take effect, then you just add the Z-Wave JS add-on and when the set up wizard for that runs select the local zwave, if it takes you to a website or asks you for encryption keys you picked the wrong setting, the local address is automated for all that. At that point it will automatically see all zwave devices within range, then you can just start scanning their QR codes and adding them to your smart home. The range is great, I have devices being picked up at the other end of the house in the garage.

Works for a few days but then goes offline.
Works for about a week then goes offline. Have to re-access it through the web interface for it to come back online. Not worth the money.

Works perfectly with Rpi 4B / Home Assistant
No problems integrating with Pi4 and Home Assistant OS installation with ZwaveJS2MQTT (no zway software required). I've got it mounted on top of a Geekworm X825 SDD board with 512GB Samsung SDD, Pi4, and X735 power/fan board. Razberry7 blocks a part of the fan airflow, but no temp problems. Love the external antenna so I could put all the hardware inside the Geekworm metal case with the antenna mounted to the side. Also glad to have the I2C pass through on the Razberry, so I could solder in a 4-wire ribbon cable to connect a battery backed real time clock module into my system.
