Product Became Useless due to breakage

I bought this item three months ago, it is not durable and it has already broken. The seller agreed to a replacement but has not taken any further action. It feels like they are not interested in resolving the issue. Even a replacement of the broken part would have been acceptable.

Enjoy manual labor

quality is solid and i like the suction cup option. it was very hard to press on the oranges tho. maybe it was just the orange. i have an electric juicer but i got this to squeeze juicy manually in the mornings.
