(I presume I would use a cookie sheet)** A: I used the papers as the pan itself. No problem, plus you do not have to grease them at all. I just made a pannetone on sunday with one of the forms. Yes, I set mine on a cookie sheet. **Q: what size - I need 7"** A: I have purchased all sizes, but no longer have the package lables...the largest ones are 7" in diameter, the next smallest are 5" in diameter, and then there are the "cupcake/muffin" size.
