This is so much better and actually a better value. Only a little bit is needed. The hands will glide over the skin and no more than one pump is needed, no matter how many passes are made. No dragging. It has a slight scent of the oils, but no added fragrance. It smells fresh. It does eventually absorb into the skin, but its doesn't leave that dry feel. It leaves the skin feeling very smooth and looking supple. It's not cold wet gel like Biofreeze. It has an smooth oily feel, but it doesn't make fabric stained. I am an MT, but for anyone that is not, this make a good all over body gel. It's better than lotion and not greasy like straight oil or Vaseline. I usually use Vaseline mixed with essential oil on my skin. I'm going to start using this. It really leaves the skin soft.
